The Bachelor of Science in Property Management develops the necessary competencies to be successful in the multidimensional field of property management. Professional property managers face a wide array of challenges, and to succeed they need a strong multidisciplinary university education with a firm foundation in general education and business administration, specialized courses in property management and construction management, and advanced knowledge of law, marketing, and the social sciences.

Students selecting the B.S. in Property Management degree program are contemplating a career in the diverse field of property management. The program requires the completion of a Minor in Business Administration and a core of property management courses online that provide a solid foundation for all professionals involved in any aspect of the profession.  Advanced study is available through concentrations and electives including Residential Property Management, Affordable Housing Administration, Housing for An Aging Population, and Commercial Property Management.

The program requires the completion of 180 quarter hours of study. Courses in the program are writing intensive providing students with the opportunity to hone their writing skills as part of their professional education. Many of the courses require research and completion of written reports.  Professors serve as mentors.
